Zippy

Well, it's been a decent amount of time since Sarah posted her exciting news on Facebook, so you'd think I'd would have hopped right to blogging. I didn't. Sure, I was excited, but somehow it just became part of my normal ordinary life.

Until I saw the ultrasound pictures. It really hit me. A living human being is inside of my dear sister. It's really there and it's really alive. It's really my little niece/nephew! My heart jumped, something stirred. It's a glorious beautiful thing that a woman can bear another human being inside of her body. It's amazing. It's truly amazing.

:) Anyhow, I am happy. :) Happy, Happy, Happy. ZIPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Zippy, Zippy, ZIPPY! (sorry, Sarah, I know I'm driving you crazy, but isn't that what little sisters are for?)
